ELKS WILL HOLD A DINNER DANCE ON OCTOBER 28Opening dinner danco of the season of Sioux City lodge. No. 112. or tho H, r. O. E., will he held nt tho Erks clubhouse October 28. JTho dinner will begin nt fkao p. m. Thero will bo n nominal charge for the dinner, but no charge fob the dancing to members of 11m order In good standing. Decision was made this year to mnke no charge for any dimers with the exception of that given in connection witli Now Year's eve party.As a special feature of this opening party, the Elk a have obtained Fred Hamm and his famous Victor record* Ing orchestra for the chance. Mo also will give it concert during the dinner.Arrangements hnvo been mado by the Elks this sermon for tho services of such orchestras as the Victorians, from WIlO; Job Bauits* WOW artists from Omaha; Pat lfroh and his Peonv Park orchestra: Eddio Bunt and his band; Brandt's Hot Points from Wells. Minn: llnndnlP# Hoynl orchestra from the Uotel Fontenello in Omaha, and Paul Christenson and his Fort Des Moines band.Fred Schmidt Is chairman of the danco committee this year.TT*r v .1 .
