Toni Pate Elected Halloween QueenToni Pate, Alpine High School senior, was chosen as Halloween Queen in the Student Council sponsored election yesterday.Miss Pate was one of five senii_ finalists remaining from the original 17 candidates. Other seini-finalisis were Jan Tarpley, Cissy LaBeff, Carlene Ilcgelund and Marion Cowell.Faculty members said it wasthe first time in memorv that a•semi-finalist had won without a runoff.
