On November 15 a reception will be held in McMicken Hall. In the evening, after the ceremony at Springer Music Hall, a banquet will be served in the Phoenix Club, Ninth and Race streets.'Notables To Attend.Among the prospective guests and speakers expected are Presidents Hadley, of Yale; Elliot, of Harvard; Findlay, of the College of New York City; Wilson, of Princeton; Harper, of Chicago; Welsh, of Johns Hopkins; Schurman, of Cornell; Alderman, of the University of Virginia: Angell, of the University of Michigan, and Secretary of War William Taft. vPermanent Quarters Secured.Major Frank J. Jones, Chairman of the Installation Committee, has engaged permanent headquarters for the Citizens' Committee In the Fosdlck Building.The first meeting of the Citizens’ Committee of fifty has been called for today at 3 p.m.Five thousand Invitations will be Issued to citizens of Cincinnati.
