Hinton of 537 Clarence have returned from a three-week trip to Florida.They drove by way of Nashville, stopping at Chattanooga, Tenn., where they took an incline railway to the top of Lookout mountain.At Atlanta Ga., they stopped to see Stone mountain, where th? faces of presidents are carved out of solid granite.In Tiftin, Ga., the tobacco market was found a busy place andthey saw many people- bringingtheir wares to be auctioned.In Silver Springs, Fla., they took a glass-bottomed boat and studied marine life. They also stopped at Tarpon Springs, the largest sponge center in the world, and in St. Petersburg.In Sarasota they took q trip through the cypress swamps and visited Ringling brothers headquarters and an Indian reservation there.They spent eight days in Miamiat the Hotel De Este, later visiting Palm Beach and DaytonaBeach.In St. Augustine the oldest cityin the United States they took a sight-seeing trip in an old fashioned surrey driven by a colored man in top hat and tail coat, who also was their guide.They toured the Spanish treasury and the oldest house and schoolhouse in the states.They returned by way of the coast to Savannah, Ga., and home.
