Ve* Seoatmacter Named.Clinton Lucas has been named Scoutmaster of the Colored Boy Scouts of Emporia to succeed B. Frank Taylor, sr., who has resigned. Mr. Lucas will be installed at 7:30o'clock the evening of October 22, preceding a program. Tyree Mack will be installed as assistant Scoutmaster and Dr. J. J. Carter will be installed as chairman of the troop committee.
