Bryan Rally at Linton. The Democratic rally at I.inton last Saturday was largely attended, hut a heavy rain set in about 10 o'clock and knocked all of the enthusiasm out of the meeting and spoiled many anew dress. The crowd was variously estimated at 10,000 t« U.ooo, but it was a disappointment to some of int.1 managers. The principal speech was hy Mr. Bryan, anti it was along his usual line, and in part, the same speech he made at Indianapolis a few days before. His speech made no votes for his party, but he had remarkably close attention. The only decorated turn out from Bloomfield was a big log wagon equally filled with Republicans and Democrats. The Bryan train had no flags or decorations, but look out for old glory on Teddy’s day.
