Florence Pierson Honored Sunday At Surprise PartyA surprise birthday party was held Sunday in honor of Mrs. Florence Pierson, 292 N. Walnut St., at the home of her son and daughter-in-law, Mr. and Mrs. Floyd Pierson, Hillcrest. Mrs. Pierson was 78 years old on Oct. 2.Those present for the occasion were Ramie, Marsha and Brad Pierson of the home and Dave Carle, Mr. and Mrs. Harley Maxwell of Zanesville, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence R. Cozad and Mr. and Mrs. Howard Nelson, all of Logan Rt. 1.Mr. and Mrs. Samuel G. Jewell of Reynoldsburg, Mrs. Mark Burgess and Susan of Logan, Mr. and Mrs. Charles Pierson of Groveport, Miss Sue Ann Crooks and Mrs. Jolean Morris and Ronna, Tami, Belinda and Ricky, all of Barberton.Mrs. Nirene Pierson, Mr. and Mrs. Sherman L. Starr of Logan Rt. 3, Mr. and Mrs. Ernest Malone of Logan Rt. 4, Mrs. Irene Hamilton and Londa Lee, Mr. and Mrs. Eldon McQuaid and Paul Ray Campbell.The guest of honor received many lovely gifts.
