Harris, are dead. That their children, part of defendants, have converted all of the property of said Harris and wife, exceeding $10,000 in value, including _110 acres of land out of the J. A. Dei Pena 11 league grant, fully described in Vol. 36, page 259 of Milam county deed records, which was purchased by defendant, Tomascik. That defendants, Marshall, Satterwhite, Hill, and Feltner each assumed plaintiff’s debt, and agreed to pay same.
