Mangans, late of Washington County, deceased, died slezed and possessed.That the said real estate has been conveyed by way of mortgage to Francis W. Stoneoraker. That the said Jaecb T. Maugans died, leaving a will but luteHiate as to the said real estate, as it Is not mention-d In the will. That he leit ihe following heirs, to wit: His widow, Barbara A.
