Emanuel Sheriffs’ Sales.OX the first Tuesday in November nest, will be sold before the Court-house door in Swainsboro, Emanuel county, the following property to-wit:Seven hundred acres of land, more or less, lying in the 58th district, G. M., of said county, on the waters of Big Canoochee river, levied on as the property of Charles McCullough to satisfy a fi fa issued from the Superior Court of Tattnall county, in favor of Benj.Ellis vs Samuel McCullough, of Tattnall county, and Charles McCullough, of Emanuel county. Property pointed cut by the Defendant.Also at the saice time and place will be sold, twenty-seven hundred acres of laud more or less, lying in the 1208th dist. G. M. of said count}’, adjoining lands of Jethro Sumner and others. Levied on as the property of the estate of Green Roberts, to satisfy a fi fa from Washington Superior Court, in favofof James H. Jackson vs Green Roberts. Property pointed out by J. M. Roberts, Administrator of Green Roberts.Also at the same time and place will be sold, three hundred acres of land more or less, lying in the 1208th dist. G. M. of said county, adjoining lands of Willis Wall and others. Levied on as the property of John Martin, Administrator of J. A. Lamb. Property pointed out by Plaintiff.Also at the same time and place will be j tht sold, one tract of hind containing 240 acres, more or less, adjoining lands of J. D. Canady and others, lying on the waters of the Great Ohoopee river. Levied on as the property of L. G. More to satisfy one Justice Court fi fa in favor of Me Spence.
