EXTRACTFROM THE PRESENTMENTS OF THE SECOND PANEL OF THE GRAND JURY OF MUSCOGEECOUNTY, FOR MAY TERM, 1851.“After examination of the books of his office, we allow H. Noble, Tax Collector, $105 05, for hi* insolvent list of the State Tax, and $120 00 for his Insolventlist of the Countv Tax, for the year 1850. And the said Collector is hereby required to issue executions againstthose marked (E. on his insolvent list, for the purpose, and place them in the hands of proper officers lor col-; lection, and said collector is requested to hold said insolvent list for twenty days after the adjournment of ; this Court, and collect and receipt for ail taxes that : may be paid within that time, and then to turn over that money so collected, and the officer’s receipts for the executions as aforesaid, to the County Treasurer.
