LeipsicFriends of the Leipsic Library, a new organization in Leipsic, will meet at 7:30 pip.m. Monday in Leipsic Public School, olAllan (Joe) Schroeder is chairman and 0vice chairman is Frank Morgan. Mrs. M-Edwin D. Berger will be secretary; Mrs. trCharles Jones, treasurer; and Mrs. 01Waldo Cain, reporter. Open to the public, Mthe meeting will include discussion on a Pconstitution with the Rev. Richard NPettibone in charge. Other chairmen are Mrs. Lowell Schey, finance, and membership, Mrs. Walter Dunn.
