After adjourning the Hunter case Saturday afternoon at four o’clock. Justice Miller again called the hearing this morning at nine o’clock.» i •Following the account as given in the Republican Saturday up to press time, the defense called Perry White, Charles White, Mrs.' Elmer Easter-day, George Clayton, Ruth Felty, Earl Peterson, Thos. Moneysmith, L.R. iiinkenlielt, -Robt. Wiley: and Leweach of| whom; .testified thatHotter lioine onone or more occasions, as relatives, Jriends and on business, testifying further that on such visits they had never found anybody present at the Hunter home except the Hunter family and had witnessed no unbecoming conduct on such occasions.• *.4 «The testimony of all the defense’s witnesses was about the same in gen-eral description of the Hunter home, it being described as containing hut one room -in which was a cook stove, a dining table and chairs, two beds and a matress on the floor, Nthe floorhaving no carpet or covering.
