Lead in PlayCast members for “A Company of Wayward Saints, fall offering of the Brainerd State Junior College Players, have been announced.Bob Dryden, BSJC dramatics director, says that he has selected nine performers from a total of 27 persons who tried out.“Making the selection was difficult. he explained. “We had a lot of talent show up.Bill Stowell, Brainerd, will have the part of Harlequin, the manager of the wandering theatrical company, whose activities are the theme of the play.“We have actors playing actors, Dryden says.Scapino, the acrobat, will be performed by Mark Hoversten, Brainerd; Pantalone, the old man, will be portrayed by John Wood, Deerwood; Dottore, the learned, will be Guy Thompson, Yorkton, Saskatchewan, Can.; Capitano, the warrior, will be played by Guy Doud, Staples. Tristano, the lover, is ' to be' placed by Steve Amy, Pine River; Isabella, the Sweetheart, is being played by Linda Schultz, Gheen. Columbine, the nag, is to be performed by Mary McComas, Brainerd. Ruf-fiana, the tart, will be Julie Berglund, Crosby.Jeff Koep, Brainerd, will be assistant to the director.The play, the first production in the BSJC theatre, will be offered Nov. 4, 5, 6, 11, 12 and 13 at 8 p.m.
