If we get an injury or two, we’ll be in trouble.Then, in a rare moment of frankness, Marion admitted that his senior quarterback, John Waller, was great.”Waller threw for two touchdowns, ran for a third and set up a fourth with a dandy lateral on an t^rtion play.Junior halfback Kenny Lee stole the spotlight in the third period, scoring three touchdowns with seven minutes on runs from scrimmage of one and 17 yards and a 70-yard punt return. Lee’s one^yarder was set up by his 47-yard gainer.„ DECEPTION 'or Another lith grader, Ronnie ge Withelder, tallied twice on pass-t h es from Waller (37 yards) and er. from fullback Kenny Bosacco or- (27 yards), the latter coming on », a dandy bit of deception.The game never was a contest after Ridley Township jumped off to a 12-0 lead after 4% minutes on Waller payoff pitches to Withelder and fullback Don Sidner.However, Radnor never let down and unveiled a fine runner in senior Jim Harley who scored three TDs on runs of 39, three and one yards. The shifty flyer racked up 180 yards on 15 carries, 12 per try.The Green Raiders scored after four minutes of action as Lee fell on a fumble on the Radnor 2ft. On third down, Waller’s pass found Sidner all alone on the 2 for a 17-yard TD play.FUMBLE AGAIN Radnor fumbled again on the kickoff and end Walt Gordon rerecovered on the 37. On first down, Waller fired to Withelder 'who caught the ball on the 20 and made a fine run to paydirt.A third fumble followed on the next kickoff and Waller hit Sidner in the open from the 25 but the ball was dropped and Radnor held.The Wayne Raiders got them moving, driving 85 yards on Just six plays with Harley bursting up the middle on a trap and racing the final 39 yards.However, this was the Green’s day and the Marion men answered the challenge by taking tm ensuing kickoff 52 yards in nine plays, Waller going over standing up from the 5 for the TD, Lee then broke it wide open in the third quarter.
