Stephey, to Frederick W. Ferry, sod of Mrs. Goldie E. Ferry, Chambersfcurg Route 6, and the late Emory Ferry, took place on Saturday, October 1, at 3 o’clock in the afternoon in Grace Evangelical and Reformed Church, Greeocastle, Pa.White fall flowers and candelabra formed a setting for the double ring ceremony which was performed by Dr. Edwin H. Spon-seller in the presence of approximately 70 guests.Preceding the ceremony Miss Lorraine Maun, organist, presented a recital of traditional wedding music.The bride, who was given in marriage by her brother, Harry M. Stephey. wore a streetlength dress of white faille* fashioned on princess lines and carried a bouquet, of fuji mums centered with a lavender orchid.Mrs. John B. Maun, sister of the brjde, was matron of honor and only, attendant. She wore a pale blue faille dress modeled on princess lines and carried a bouquet of pink carnations.The bridegroom had as his best man. Robert Robinson. Ushers were Ronald Hartman and Donald Goldsmith.Following the ceremony a reception was held ”ln the Antrim R«om of the Hotel McLaughlin in Greencastle.Following the reception the couple left for a honeymoon trip —the destination of which was not disclosed. On their return they will reside at 238 South Washington Street, Greencastle, Pa. For traveling Mrs. Ferry chose a black fall cotton dress with matching accessories and an orchid corsage.Mrs. Ferry is a graduate of Greencastle High School, class of 1950, and of Hagerstown Business College, class of 1951, and is now employed at the Hagerstown YMCA.Mr. Ferry is 3 graduate of the Greencastle High School, class of 1952, and served two years with the United States Army in Austria.
