STONERA faintly reunion wan enjoyed at the Lester Shore home Sunday, the celebration being in honor of the Birthdays of Wr oat Jut Mae Rystrom and Jier grandfather, Lester Shore. Those attending were Mrs. Fagg, of Osceola; and the families of Alvin Burke, Wayne Rystrom and Walter Klndberg of Stromsburg.Newt Hastings and family spent Sunday with the Charley Hastings family on the valley.Holland Handel! is nursing a brok* en finger as the result of football practice. Ho is on the Osceola team.Arthur P. Johnson left Monday for his home at Orient, S. D. His sons Walter and Victor will be employed here during the fall months.Stoner kitienbali girls played a return game with Shelby Tuesday evening Stoner girls won 12 to 1.Two thrashing rigs are now at work in this vicinity doing stack thrashing.Miss Vera Jewel, of Arcadia, returned with Mr. and Mrs. 12. Sharritt and Mrs. Roy Parks was through this locality this week with a truck load of apples from his home state, Missouri.Raymond Scholz had the cast removed from his ankle Monday evening and is now able to walk without crutches. Ho had a severely strained ankle.Mrs. A. E. Dawes and sons spent Thursday evening at the homo of her brother, Lester Shore.Arthur Johnson and sons and Mrs. Ed Johnson and children were Sunday evening callers at Gotfrid Larson’s.
