HAKIt SCRABBLE.mBeing a bad, rainy day Saturday. Sept. 29. the big dinner at C. T. Myer’s v-?.t well attended. There ■were Co-present, big, little, old and young. All -came prepared for a feast and there were pies and cakes to a finish. Mrs. Ivy Hedge got the prize for having the best cake on the table, out of 14others. The music was furnished by Rube Walls, violin, Carl Walls, mandolin, Jesse Eggers, guitar, and everybody enjoyed the string band, it was great music..C. T. Myers and wife will go on their journey to Kansas ito visit their daughter, Mrs. May Harsh, and other relatives and friends. The hope is that they will arrive there safe and [have a rejoiceahle time.
