1In behalf of the Y.M.C.A t wish to 1 thank all who so generoush helped to* make the reading room social a success* for.though the pro!; is werenot sufficient to pay all.debts, yet it (was, taken all together a success and j i netted the reading room al-uiit 810 what was most gratifying was the large attendance showing that the people are alive to the fact that the c reading room is an institution to be he kept alive, we all' realize tins but few, know the efforts eon-1 I stant/ly needed to keep such an insti- c tutiop going, but it has been kept 1 open through the hard time* and we ( are in great hopes to do better in the ^ future.* Any ...donation of good lit- 0 erature for the reading room will be thankfully received, daily or weekly;0 paper or magazine, anyone wishing to buy old magazines can get themfrom the reading room for 50 pet cent discount' of the original cost.
