10 Limaites Recognize Red Feather Man on Tourlt;1 * *During the Red Feather Man’s Wednesday tour of Lima in the interests of the Community Chest, he got rid of 10 pairs of theatre tickets, was not recognized by a chest division co-chairman, and narrowly escaped being enlisted in the Aim?.Starting out at the court house, he asked at the clerk of courts office about a driver license, winked at the girl who answered his queryand left without being either recognized or slapped. Julia McCray, 4213 S. Woodlavvn-av, became the first person to receive a pair of theatre passes when she recognized him at the court house corner.The greeting to the Red Feather Man, to get tickets, must be, “You are the Red Feather Man from the Lima Community Chest.”Second person to earn a pair of tickets was Elizabeth Laughlan, 1433 Oakland-pky, who recognized him just inside the National bank. From the first floor, the Red Feather Man went up to the third, to the office of Robert if. McDon-okl, co-chairman of the chest advance gifts division, and loitered there four or five minutes without being recognized by McDonald. Neither was he challenged on the ninth floor offices of the E. S. Evans Co. accountancy firm.Ticket set three went to Robert Brenneman. The refusal by the United States to a°part from the principles of its plan.”After giving detailed answers, the memorandum said that the United States could not consider modifications in the fundamental principles of its plan.
