No person shall be entitled to vote unless he has complied with the provisions of the constitution.On motion Dr. Latta was unanimously appointed Marshal for the Agricultural Fair, on the 24th and 25th of October.On motion C. S. Hascall, G. P Rowell and A. B. Grubb were appointed a committee to obtuin subscriptions, and raise fuuds to defray the expensesof the Fair.
