HIRAM HILL SIPES,SOUTH BUFFALORESIDENT, DEADHiram Hill Sipes, one of the best known residents of South Buffalo township, died at his home Thursday evening at fa 15 o'clock after a lingering illness He had been confined to his bed for 18 months Deceased was aged 79 years and was held in high esteem in the community in which he spent his life. He is survived by the following children. C Hale Sipes, Esq., of Butler; Rev Hiram Sipes, of Philadelphia; David Sipes of Waynes- burg: Mrs. Clarence Keesey. ofSchenley; Barbara and Charles, at I home: Mrs Audrey Pollard, also at home. One sister, Melissa, sur-.I timet, ’Mr. Sipes was a faithful member of St Matthew's Lutheran churchof South Buffalo township.Funeral services will be held Sun-j 1 day afternoon at one o’clock. Interment at McVille.
