It is needless to say that Spencer is proud of wbat promises a high'-eJass raiding and refer'x*}^ library. The Library Board joins with the people in expressions of appreciation to the public spirted men, women and children who have helped make the library possible.Miss Arnold, assistant state organizer of libraries, is here, and speaks in complimentary terms of the work accomplished.The library will be^open to patrons TuesJay afternoon and evening, Thursday afternoon and Saturday af ernoon and eveing of each week.
