ARIZONA SILVER BELTthings necessary, convenient or expedient to the proper conduct of the business of this corporation, inthis State or elsewhere, not inconsistent with the laws of the United States or of the State of Arizona, as fully, freely and completely, as a natural perscon might or coulddo.This corporation shall have personal succession, may sue, and be sued in Its corporate name, may have its common seal and alter it at pleasure, may render the shares or interests of its stockholders transferable and prescribe the mode of making such transfers; may make contracts, acquire, and transfer property of every nature and description, possessing the same powers in all respects as private individuals now have and enjoy. It may establish by-laws and make all rules and regulations necessary, convenient or expedient for the management and control of its affairs.ARTICLE III.The authorized amount of capital stock of this corporation shall be One Million ($1,000,000.00) Dollars, divided into One MillionA Rehearsal for Elks' Minstrelsyrrhe Double Quartet which will take place in the Elks' minstrel show at Globe next month will hold a rehearsal at the Elks’ Hall tomorrow night following a meeting of the members of the entire company. The members of the double quartet are Messrs. J. M. Stormont, P. L. Butx, F. L. Cunningham, G. R. Smith, L. C. Vincent, L. M. Drown and R. C. Baker.Others who are taking part are C. W. Coots, J. W.
