Southside free lightingResidents on Syracuse’sSouth Side will light up a Christmas tree Monday at South Saliua and West Colvin streets.More than 400 neighborhood children are expected to receive Christmas presents during the event, which starts at 6 p.m.The Onondaga Countv’st-j jBequchamp Library will distribute books to children.
