Whilethis meant trips away from Lub-back for Texas Tech students, it means just the opposite for local residents enrolled in college elsewhere.One among many returning to the city to spend the holidays at home was Ann Weaver who attends Southern Methodist University in Dallas.As a guest, Ann has her roommate, Jann Hall whose home is in Meridian, Miss.Arriving from Denton Wednesday was Melinda Proctor, who is a freshman at Texas State College for Women, to spend the holidays with her parents and younger sister. The family reunion was especially gay since this wras the first time Melinda has been home since she left in September. Attends Game At College StationA student at the University of Texas, Susan Movvery attended the University of Texas and Texas AM football game at College Station Thursday afternoon before 6he came on to Lubbock to spend the remainder of her vacation with her parents, Prof. and Mrs. Ray C. Mowery. While in Bryan, Susan was the guest of her former roommate who has graduated, Dorothy Spriggs.Susan has as her guest in Lubbock, Pat Sprott of Fort Worth, a sorority sister in Alpha Phi at the University.
