A * two-course supper was served all being seated at one long table, the decoratings being of a Thanksgiving nature j as were also the place cards and nap-Birthdsty Surprise—About thirty of the friends of Miss Louise Schmidt met at the home of Miss Grace Vogt last evening and then proceeded in a body to tlie home of Miss Schmidt, where they tendered her a complete .surprise, .it being her birthday anniversary. The j evening was pleasantly passed in playing games and there were piano ami violin selections. Dainty refreshments were served.
