The duties of this committee are individual, re. her than collective—that is to say, that while the committee may rarely be called together. eacb lt;rue has the power, by recommending sfctgers to the Cincinnati Chorus, of materially assisting in the success of the festival; for upon the efficiency of the Cincinnati Chorus will depend much of the musical success of this great undertaking. This committee is composed of many of the celebrated musical professors of the city, aud within thcir-acquaintance arc large numbers of amateur singers, who will glady Join in ibis effort to advance the cause of good music In the West.The only action necessary in the premises is for the examiner to send to Dr. C. C. Miller, official agent, Room No. 20, Pike’s Building, the names and qualifications of the candidate, which w ill be enrolled, and lie or slie will in due season l.tc informed of the place aud time of meeting of the chorus for rehearsal.It should be understood that there will be no expense to the members of this chorus. The cost of music, hall, conductor, and any other items arc defrayed by the Executive Committee.The names of the Committee of Examination are as follows:Messrs.
