Much of the decorating In the entrance hall is completed, as shown by these photos, with the remaining work to be done this weekend. The program will be presented the following weekend, December 3 and 4 with performances at 2 and 7 p.m. each day. The Saturday afternoon performance is closed, but tickets - which are free - are available for the Saturday evening and Sunday performances. There is a waiting list for the Saturday afternoon performance, so if anyone has tickets which you know will not be used, return them to the church.The decorations are accenting Pine Lake State Park and a miniature replica of the sandstone entrance to Pine Lake will be recreated inside the church. The setting is a blend of scenes depicting the park and its various winter activities and a number of life-like animals have been added to the decor of pine cone baskets and pine trees to give the foyer the Pine Lake atmosphere.The music will be a compilation of Christmas songs performed by the children, youth and adult choirs focusing on the real meaning of the Christmas season, including two narrations reflecting the cross of Christ Various youth will present instrumental solos for the prelude of the evening. The adult choir is directed by Dennis Bartholomew, the children’s choir is directed by Alan Braga and the youth choir is directed by David Folkerts. Organist is Band!
