JM .* J*GLADSTONE.Andy Tester shucked corn for A C Starck Friday and Saturday.Emma, Beatrice, Adolf and Louie Molzahn are shucking- corn at Henry Mensin’s. .*Dux boys are busy shelling corn for the farmers.Rev J Ramser and wife went to Western Sunday returning Monday.Albert Dux and family spent Sunday at Aug Starck’s.C F Starck and family spent Sunday at Henry Weier’s.Everybody witnessed the dance Saturday night given in the new barn of Mrs Theo Starck and had a good time.G Schoen returned home last Thursday and is improving now.Mrs Emil Kujath was sick last Wednesday,Dr Perry being called.Mrs C R Crutsinger left Wednesday for Omaha to have an operation performed. She is troubled with, a tumor on the stomach. The last reports were that she was quite low.
