Foggy River Boys Purchase TheatreBob Hubbard, general manager, has announced that the Foggy River Boys En-terprizes Inc., have purchased the big 900 seat “Foggy River Boys Theatre” in which they have been appearing for the past two years, located 2*2 miles west of Branson on highway 76. The property was purchased from Alandale Enterprises Inc., owners of Indian Point boat dock on Table Rock Lake.The Foggy River Boys moved to Branson from Kimberling City, Mo. where they appeared in a theatre there for three years.Hubbard says that the boys are proud to be a part of the colorful tri-lakes area made famous by the Harold Bell Wright story “Shepherd of the Hills.The Foggy River Boys feature Dale Sullens, first tenor; Bob Hubbard, lead; JohnShepherd, baritone; Denzel Koontz, Bass; Bob Moskop, piano; Wyan Sims, Guitar; John Mitchell, vocalist and Joe Bean, drums. The group hopes to add another man before next season.The boys will be doing special winter shows in their theatrethe first Saturday night of each month beginning in January.
