Four MusiciansAt Tech Aidedlt;\(tRUSTON (Special) - Financial aid for four student musicians, including two pianists and,, -two voice pupils, has been an , ▼ nouneed by Dr. Marshall E.j Bret*, head of the music department at Louisiana Tech.Selected as recipients of these|!awards were Andrea Turner of ! Ruston, piano; Dace (tisclard of I New Orleans, piano; David Wy* lt;lie of Ruston. voice, and Myrna lt;Williams of Plaquemine. voice.These grants were awarded to encourage talented young musicians to seek the educational development of their capabilities, Dr Bretz said. These students must show a marked degree of musical talent and a desire to pursue high ideals ofmusical scholarship, he added.
