......*.....tCourt Affirms Local DecisionThe Virginia Supreme Court of VppeaJs today confirmed a decree handed down by Judge Henry Leigh in a chancery suit involving ‘ a division of property between a colored man and his sister.Through action here, it was agreed that Annie Belle Stamps Williamson could pay her brother. Kills Stamps, the sum of $2,000for half of the property and thus obtain all of it.However, a technical question was raised later by Stamps and the matter was placed before the higher court.Edwin Meade and Earl Garrett represented the Williamson woman while Martin A. Martin and Jerry Williams represented Stamps.
