Thev decided it but thiswdoesn’t raean that it is settled. The case bus been decided innumerable times in various courts only to move up higher and then back down. The commissioners granted tbe road, which is near Arion, the petitioners to pay damages to Tillie J. Cray craft, assessed by the viewers at $275.
