Miss Ogles was employed by Alcoa at Bauxite from 1942 until 1945 in the stores accounting department. She joined Reynolds at Hurricane Creekin 1946 as a clerk in the stwesdepartment. She later transferred into the scheduling and controls department and then into the accounting department, from which she has retired. Miss Ogles still lives in Bauxite.Pete Witham was boro at Benton and attended school there. Prior to joining Reynolds, he worked for Alcoa during World War II as a welder. He started with Reynolds as a welder and has worked at that trade throughout h... career until his retirement. He was one of the founders of the CIOSheetworkers Local No. 333. The company gave him a gold watch and the union gave him a family Bible. Witham ismarried and lives in Benton.James P Keesee was boro in Benton and attended school at Harmony Grove. He worked for the Rock IslandRailroad and then wasemployed by Alcoa at Bauxite as a guard sergeant from 1942to 1945. He joined Reynolds at Hurricane Creek as a guardsergeant in April, 1946, andremained in that position until his recent retirement. Keesee is married and lives at Haskell.Ralph E. Turner was boro at Mem^is and attended school there. He worked for the Sinclair Refining Co. in Little Rock for several years and then for Alcoa in Bauxite from 1943 to 1945. He joined Reynolds at Hurricane Creek in March, 1946, as a foreman in the sinter plant. During his career with Reynolds he has been a supervisor in the sinter, bayer, planning and scheduling, and chemical products departments, completing his career in the latter department. Turner is awidower and lives in Benton.120 E.
