Hammond, of West Sixth street, since she was 8 years old, when her mother died, has had a pleasant visit tills week with her brother, Clifford E. Ford, of Philadelphia, Pa., whom sho had not seen since the death of the mother. Members of the- family have occasionally visited here, but not this brother. He is road manager for the American Medical Publishing Co., which has headquarter* in Philadelphia, in which city their father also lives. Miss Ford waa graduated from the Waterloo Commercial college and has ftince been employed in the Waterloo office of the-W., C. F. N. railway.
