Jeffers, Defendants.Whereas, On this dav an affidavit was filed in the office of the Clerk of the court hereinafter named, subscribed as required by la;w, stating that a cause of action exists against the defendants, John and Sarah A. Jeffers, and that the}' are necessary parties to the above entitled action 10 the full and final determination tbereof;which is is in relation to real estate in Clay county, Indiana, and that said defendants are non residents of the State of Indiana, and reside in the State of Kansas, as aa«ant is informed and verily believes, but what part he is not informed. Said John Jeffers and Sarah A. Jeffers, are, therefore, hereby notified and summoned to appear in the Circuit Court of Clay county, in the state of Indiana, before the J.udge .thereof, on the second day of next term, to be held at the Court House in Brazil, on the first Jffondav of January, 1880, to answer the complaint of Elia* Rehmel, at which term and place the cause will stand tor trial.Witness, the Clerk and seal of said Court, th is 18th day of November, L879. •I SEAL. 1 ELIAN C.
