50 Local PhysiciansAttend Dinner Parleyit (feeAt Country ClubnFhrtheTwo speakers from Philadelphia last night highlighted a joint meeting of the Pottstown and Memorial {he hospital staffs.Fifty local physicians were on dr] hand for the quarterly meeting at the Brookside Country club. The cuest sneakers were:ingtoDr. Leon Israel, of Pennsylvania university, and Dr. Clayton Beecham, of Temple university.Dr. Israel spoke on “Current^ aspects and clinical implications* of the physiology of menstruation.”Dr. Beecham spoke on “recognition and treatment of diseases ofthe cervix.”Dr. James Wendell presided at the dinner.Arrangements were in charge of Dr. C. Robert Flicker and Dr.iJesse G. Hafer. * r J ^ Representatives of four Philadelphia schools were in attendance last night from- the two hospitals. They included Drs. Wendell, Flicker, Caesar F. Sami and Stanley Nowacki, all of whom graduated from schools in Philadelphia.
