WINDSOR — Dale Jackson of Chelsea was shot once in the jaw with a rifle in a mobile home here Wednesday night State police said Jackson, about 28, was in “guarded condition in Augusta General Hospital, where he was undergoing surgery for massive, lower jaw injuries Information officer Rick Moore said David Coons. 35. of Windsor, was arrested and charged with aggravated assault with a firearm, and is scheduled to be arraigned in district court in Augusta Monday Moore said the shooting occurred about 8 last night at Coons’ mobile home on the Legion Park road.
