Officers said Georgia Harper, Raymond’s wife, signed the complaint against her husband, alleging she was hit in the head with a telephone.Officers attempted to arrest a man on a felonious assault charge in another complaint of wifo beating, but the accused fled out a rear door in an Orchard Manor apartment before officers could serve the warrant. Police were combing the Norbh Charleston area Saturday night fcr the man.
