He got the idea for his prize winner from his little daughter at breakfast one morning when she asked her mother: “Where does milk come from”?Second prize 8 mm film to be shown is titled “Beauty in the nd Parks,” by Eldon Voelz. This film; provides fresh appreciation of the dv natura* beauties of Wisconsin’seH ! state Parks.
