Silver Wedding.In honor of the twenty-fifth anniversary of the wedding of Mr. and Mrs. Chas. G. Balske of Francis street a company of about fifty of their friends visited them at their home, Sunday evening, in order tohelp them fittingly commemorate theday. ,Mr. and Mrs. Balske were married in the St. Paul's Lutheran church of this city, twenty five years ago! The present pastor, Rev. W. H. Bunge was one of the guests, and again performed the marriage ceremony.During the evening, Miss Besse Marcellus and Miss Lillian Voelker rendered several very delightful selections. At pedro, Mrs. Michael Ziegler received the first prize, and Mrs. Voelker the consolation favor.I* ^ iAfter the games, a delicious lunch eon was served. Tnose present were j Mr. and Mrs. J. Nolan, Mr. and Mrs. P. Wyrsch, Mr. and Mrs. C. Diehl, Mr and Mrs. F. Voelkei, Mr. and Mrs. L. Yhalkee, Mr. and Mrs. J. Bauer, Mr. and Mrs. H. Brinkman, Mr. and Mrs. M. Bauer, Mr. and Mrs. J. Mueller, Mr. J»r»d Mrs. M. M. McKelps, Mr. and Mrs. Bbrfct, Mr. and Mrs. G. Martin, Mr. Ond Mrs. W. Nestleroad, Mr. and Mrs. A. Oeiger, Mr. and Mrs. M.' Ziegler, Mrs. K. Clare, Mrs. A. Bauer, and Mrs. L. Dahous. Carl Balske of Toledo also arrived home Saturday evening and attended the celebrationMr. and Mrs. Balske were the re_ cipients of many handsome cut glassand silver articles.Mr. Alonzo Behringer of Chariest ton W. Va., is a guest at the home of Lillian Bailey. I
