M. Friday)there is no telling when the case will be given to the jury for deliberation. Public opinion as to what the jury will conclude upon is a matter of conjecture and opinions differ materially.H. S. Moseby, the defendant, is county superintendent of schools, and is accused of having disposed of teachers’ license for money. John Bradshaw, of Bristow, has been indicted jointly with Moseby as a party to the illegal dispositions of license.. The Enquirer goes to press too early to give the verdict of the jury.
