Planned DinnerMrs James Terhune, north oftown, planned a dinner Sunday in honor of the birthday anniversaries of Mr. Terhune, and Mrs. Ben Shankland and her grandson, little Craig Shank-land. Besides the honored guests there were present: Mr. Shankland, Dean and Paul Shankland of Kendallville; Mrs. Mayc Terhune and daughter Carolyn of Anderson: Mr. and Mrs. Ros-cce Brown of Knightstown; Mrs.Edward Brown of Lewisville;Mr. and Mrs. Vernon Fraze and daughter Carol Sue of Ft. i Wayne; Mr. and Mrs. Albert Terhune, Jimmie and Jeannine Terhune, Mr. and Mrs. Loren White of near Knightstown;Mr. and Mrs. C. O. Kinnett of Sandusky; Mr. and Mrs. Luke Terhune, Joanna and Ruth Terhune, Mr. and Mrs. Howard Terhune, Philip and Sue Ann Terhune of Milroy; Mr. and Mrs. O. L. Newman, Mrs. Orpha Hyatt of Greensburg; Mr. and Mrs. Henry Terhune, Alice Terhuneof Richland; Jimmie Hyatt of Muncie. Unfortunately, Mrs. Terhune was taken suddenly ill Saturday night, and a physician was called. As she was unable to greet her guests, her daughters carried on the hospitality by preparing and serving the dinner.* * * £
