Among the dead man’s effects, Minneapolis police found a receipt bearing the name “Peter Ehlers.’*Ehlers left Lake City for Minneapolis on business Monday morning, Police Chief Jacob said, Mrs. Ehlers, his wife, and Ailuf Tuttel, Lake City butcher and a friend of the family, left here today to return the body from Minneapolis.Ehlers, about 05 years old, operated the Lyon hotel hero most of the time during the last 20 years or more. He was widely known in this territory. At one time he sold out the business but later again tookI possession.He has one son, Peter, about eight years old.
