Levee Nelson tilled his regular appointment at the Selden Baptist Church Sunday. He spent Sat unlay and Sunday nights with Mr and Mrs. Onier Cook and tooklunch with Mr. and Mrs. Lliner F,Johnson and family Sunday.There is to he a B.TL. social for the young people’s class Saturday night at the Selden park behind the gin. Cookies are to he served by the girls of the class.The following people enjoyed a fish fry at the park behind the gin Thursday night: Mr. and MrsAlva Stone and son, Jerl, Mr. and Mrs. T. W. Hatchett. Mr. and Mrs.F II. McGehee and daughter, An* nabelle and son, Herman. Mr. and Mrs. I,. T. Suitt, Mr. and Mrs.DeWitt Graham, Mr. and MrsLewis Stone and daughter, Judy Mrs. Zella Hammitt and daughter Lida Rose, Mr. and Mrs. A. L, Stone, W. A. Bailey and Carrol Lynn Wood. The fish were purchased on the market.Mr. and Mrs. A. K. Stone, accompanied by Mrs. Kd Fleming, wore Sunday afternoon visitors of Mr and Mrs. Fib. rt Stone at Salem*Mr. and Mrs. Clem Evans, accompanied by Mr and Mrs. Bill Pennington and children of Fort Worth, visited Mrs. M. Hatchet?Sunday.Mr. and Mrs. J. B. Wooten of Hico were Sunday afternoon visitors of Mi*, and Mrs. O. NT. Fades.Mis Nita Mae Kay of Bayloi University spent the week-end with her parents, Mr. and Mrs MarshallKay and son, Morgan.Rav Broom of Gorman spent the week-end with Wayne Garner.Miss Faye Garner is visiting Mr. and Mrs. Fdward Carev and little daughter, Dorothy, and Mr. and Mrs Bernice Carter and children.Miss Edith Miller of Stephen* ville spent the week-end with Mr.and Mm T. W. Hatchett.Rex Lynn Carev had the misfortune of getting his elbow knocked out of place last Tuesday. He is now back in school doing nicely.
