Probe of Ft. Worth Shooting Pushed ........ m**•FORT WORTH, Nov. 14. (AP.— The investigation continued Monday in the killing of Brooks Pruitt, S3, musician, shot to death Sunday morning by J. H. Parrish in the letter's home.Justice Prichard left the case open when he returned an inquest verdict of merely homicide.No charge has been filed, but the case probably will be presented to the grand Jury in two weeks.Pruitt was shot twice alter he had wandered into Utk Parrish home shortly before 7 o’clock Sunday morning. Mrs. Parrish was awakened when Pruitt fell across her bed, she reltted. Her screams brought her ’i sband from another room and shot after orderingPruitt to leave.
