The American Lesion Auxiliary Is responsible for the Flander’s P'ield decorations with the graves and the crosses that bring to our minds so forcibly the war dead who gave their lives in the service of their countryIn the celebration of ArmistiSP Day the window at Our Drug Store is a very fitting decoration, using the poppies as an emblem of sacrifice for those who died fighting that we might live and er^ the liberty of a free country.Each man woman and child who chances to stop by the window will be impressed as they look at the graves decorated with poppies, and the white crosses marking the resting place of each man who served his country and gave his life in that service.May our war dead always be honored and may we, as American citizens, always bear in mind that those noble men loved life as w'ell as you and I and may w'e alw'ays reverence their memory.
