Great enthusiasm was mah*I fee ted on the part of the members? present and all expressed them* selves as being optimistic over hn creased interest in boating activities in Sandusky for the coming season* The newly elected board of dU rectors convened at the close of the membership meeting and elected bf-ficrs as follows:Lee B. Keller, commodore; Wm. Lyman, vice commodore; Lester Milkey, rear commodore, and Har^ ry Dane, secretary-treasurerl ' -vS £ i The directors voted an honorary £ life membership in the club, to Mrs. Commodore C. B. Lockwopd. £ \ The members unanimously di-rected Commodore Mylahder as delegate to the Inter-Lake Yachting Association Meeting to he held in Toledo the latter part of November to vote in favor of holding the annual 1934 regatta at Put-in Bay, it being the opinion of the member's that Put-in Bay is the ‘ logical place for this annual event, : V : .The club membership is to be ho* tified in advance of the Association meeting in Toledo in order that members desiring to go mgy make necessary arrangements, ':*■ ;A social event was scheduled foe Friday evening Nov* 1? to be known as a “Millionaire’s Party/*
