V ariety show W a-Hi fall drama offeringWalla Walla High School's fall drama production. ‘The Hr. Seuss-Mother Goose VarietyShow” opens in the Wa-Hi Commons Nov. 22 for a three-dav run.fffRehearsals are under the direction of Virginia Marable. theater arts instructor.Performances for the three consecutive nights begin at 7:30p.m.A company of 13 actors willperform the varied bill of nine separate acts, including two favorite Dr. Seuss stories, “Sneeches” and “Thidwick the Big-Hearted Moose.”The company will also present a puppet show of ‘‘Little Red Riding Hood, a readers theater of “Cinderella.” “The Walrus and the Carpenter from Lewis Carroll’s “Through the Looking Glass, and “The PuppetMaster,” a one-act play about two lonelv marionettes.A Hawaiian fairv tale will bew 'told through the hula, performed by Ms Marable.Comprising the musical combo accompanying the acts are Bill Jarboe. piano; James Angell, electric guitar; Brenda Hunt, guitar, and Lori Hutchins, drums.Tickets for adults, students and children will be available at the door.
